As a freelance English for Specific Purposes and International Communication Trainer I’ve been skilled in teaching effective business communication. Fully developed and implemented tailor-made Performance Management and Career Management systems including the library of detailed competency descriptions for 110 job titles.
In the last 3 years created, described and constantly managed Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Offboarding processes.
In 2023 created and facilitated 74 tailor-made training sessions covering 24 soft-skill topics. All the training material successfully uploaded and made available for employees' independent learning online in Talent LMS. The trainings have been facilitated in Lithuanian, English, and some in Russian.
Created Leadership Development training course ensuring successful onboarding and continuous improvement of just recruited Executives, Team Leaders as well as potential Leaders who need to develop their management and leadership skills.

Some of my Teaching Methods

Discussing authentic radio programmes, videos, and articles

Students create their own learning content by choosing authentic radio programmes, articles, and videos in English which cover the topics related to their professional and/ or personal interests. My task is to prepare the comprehension questions to have an interesting discussion in English.

Understanding grammar rules and applying them in work related contexts

My task is to help students identify their common grammar mistakes, to explain the rules, to provide them with the appropriate exercises to drill the rules, and to prepare the tailor-made tasks so the students could practise using correct grammar forms in writing business emails, reports, agreements, etc.

Role-play and case-studies

Role-play and case-studies are the perfect ways of practising how to use new topic-
related vocabulary and standard phrases commonly used in different business
interactions: phone calls, networking events, trade fairs, conferences, corporate meetings,
negotiations, public speeches.

Systems-psychodynamics and team coaching

Applying systems-psychodynamics, group relations method, CIBART model, ORA (Organisational Role Analysis) method.

Cinelogy sessions

Facilitating Cinelogy sessions for small teams (6 - 12 people) in the Lithuanian, English, and Russian languages. Cinelogy involves conscious film watching and a structured discussion which add to better understanding of our biases and limitations. Cinelogy helps participants become aware of different points of view as well as the variety of interpretations and perceptions. Cinelogy is a great method of improving one's EI.
