Experienced Trainer and Genos Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner with 20+ year experience of adult learning and development. As a freelance English for Specific Purposes and International Communication Trainer I’ve been skilled in teaching effective business communication. As People and Organizational Culture Expert I help companies that lack resources and expertise to ensure effective personnel management and employee learning & development. I conduct needs analysis and prepare uniquely tailored personnel management and employee development solutions. Besides, I have been into consulting clients on organizational psychology topics with a strong focus on developing one's self-awareness, interpersonal skills, self-motivation as well as the ability to build authentic high quality relationships in teams. I've been consulting and helping corporate clients to create and implement employee competency and career management systems. I advocate for the 70-20-10 model of adult learning: 70% of learning happens by doing new tasks; 20% - by working together and observing others; 10% - by doing formal training.

Discussing authentic radio programmes, videos, and articles

Students create their own learning content by choosing authentic radio programmes, articles, and videos in English which cover the topics related to their professional and/ or personal interests. My task is to prepare the comprehension questions to have an interesting discussion in English.

Understanding grammar rules and applying them in work related contexts

My task is to help students identify their common grammar mistakes, to explain the rules, to provide them with the appropriate exercises to drill the rules, and to prepare the tailor-made tasks so the students could practise using correct grammar forms in writing business emails, reports, agreements, etc.

Role-play and case-studies

Role-play and case-studies are the perfect ways of practising how to use new topic-
related vocabulary and standard phrases commonly used in different business
interactions: phone calls, networking events, trade fairs, conferences, corporate meetings,
negotiations, public speeches.

Systems-psychodynamics and team coaching

Applying systems-psychodynamics, group relations method, CIBART model, ORA (Organisational Role Analysis) method.

Cinelogy sessions

Facilitating Cinelogy sessions for small teams (6 - 12 people) in the Lithuanian, English, and Russian languages. Cinelogy involves conscious film watching and a structured discussion which add to better understanding of our biases and limitations. Cinelogy helps participants become aware of different points of view as well as the variety of interpretations and perceptions. Cinelogy is a great method of improving one's EI.
